Meet Sarah - Co-Founder and Recruitment Guru

With over 25 years of experience in Tech, Digital, and Creative recruitment, I’m your go-to person when it comes to helping agency founders build and grow their dream teams. There’s nothing I love more than seeing those teams smash their goals—and I’m here to make sure you’ve got the talent you need to get there.

I genuinely care about the creative sector and take the time to understand how you work, what you need, and what makes your team tick. When I’m not working hard to connect top talent and amazing clients, you’ll find me visiting schools to chat about all the cool jobs in tech. I’m also a proud Girl Guiding leader (aka "Brown Owl"), a baking enthusiast (expect some pretty fun novelty birthday cakes), and I’m always happy to be your personal “Networking Queen” if you need an intro or a connection.

Meet Katy- Co-Founder and Experienced Recruitment Director

I will celebrate 20 years in recruitment this year, starting in tech recruitment I founded Smile Education in 2009 focussed on working with schools- we are really proud to have twice been named "Recruitment Company of the year" and been recognised formally for our CSR initiatives. I strongly believe that recruitment is a partnership never a transaction and thrive on building relationships.

One of my favourite things to do is volunteer for a local charity homing retired greyhounds, I walk and socialise the dogs on a weekly basis, celebrating with them when they find their forever home. When I'm not out with the greyhounds I can be found walking and chatting with Sarah, riding my bike, doing a good jigsaw, reading a good book or trying to keep the plants alive in my garden.
