Generally speaking, I don’t use recruiters – I have never been a fan of how they operate and how they rarely seem to listen to what the business needed, but having tried to recruit a web developer myself for a number of weeks with minimal success, Sarah and Smile came along at just the right time.

I had received a message from Sarah asking if she could send me some CVs for the role, but I initially said no, as I had 3 strong looking candidates who I was in the process of interviewing. However after meeting them all, I realised that I needed help, because none of them were even remotely close to being the right fit and I had wasted a lot of time already.

I couldn’t recommend Sarah and Smile Digital Talent anymore than I do, which, coming from somebody who is generally not a fan of recruiters… says an awful lot. She listens, works hard, communicates with honesty and integrity, and takes all the pain out of the recruitment process. I wouldn’t use anyone else!
